Ventanillas de Otuzco and Combayo

Typical of several pre-Inca cultures, this cliff, with hundreds of holes, is in reality a cemetery. Those funeral urns are dug in the cliff (hence the name, “small windows”) and might date from between 200 B.C. and 1300 A.D. Huaqueros and tomb raiders have emptied the contained for a long time.
